General Exhibitor Information
Welcome to our Annual Western Farm Show!
We’re happy to help you become an exhibitor for this event for farmers and ranchers.
The Western Farm Show is a non-direct selling show. Exhibitors whose normal method of distribution is through wholesalers and/or retail dealers are specifically forbidden to sell directly to attendees at the Show, thus by-passing the normal channels of distribution. The Western Equipment Dealers Association represents and is supported by retailers. We will not, under any circumstances, conduct and manage any project that removes the retailer from his traditional place in the chain of distribution.
With the exception of the Family Living Center, Exhibitors are prohibited to sell items such as toys, t-shirts, stuffed animals, etc. from your booth.
The only area of the show that direct selling is allowed is in the Family Living Center. The Family Living Center is a special area of the Western Farm Show reserved for products or services with only an ancillary connection to agriculture.
PLEASE NOTE: Any vendor and its affiliates selling tangible personal property to Missouri customers should collect and pay sales or use tax in order to be eligible to receive Missouri state contracts, regardless of whether that vendor or affiliate has nexus with Missouri. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to obtain a license to sell prior to the show. Exhibitors must observe all applicable laws, including collection of sales tax.

Exhibits must be fully setup by 8:00 a.m. on Friday, February 24, 2023. Failure to be setup by this time may result in forfeiture of right to participate in future Western Farm Shows. Vacant spaces will be filled by wait-listed companies. Security will be provided throughout the show, including setup and move-out.
A 50% deposit is due with application/contract or before September 1st, 2023. The booth fee must be paid in full by *January 10th, 2024. (*A $25 late fee will be added to your account if total payment not received by this date.)

20′ x 10′ is $1452.20

Exhibit Package Includes:
Standard 8′ draped back and 3′ side rails
I.D. sign featuring your company name and booth number
