General Exhibitor Information

 

Welcome to the 57th Annual Western Farm Show 2018!

We're happy to help you become an exhibitor for this event for farmers and ranchers.

 

The Western Farm Show is a non-direct selling show. Exhibitors whose normal method of distribution is through wholesalers and/or retail dealers are specifically forbidden to sell directly to attendees at the Show, thus by-passing the normal channels of distribution. The Western Equipment Dealers Association represents and is supported by retailers. We will not, under any circumstances, conduct and manage any project that removes the retailer from his traditional place in the chain of distribution.

 

The only area of the show that direct selling is allowed is in the Family Living Center. The Family Living Center is a special area of the Western Farm Show reserved for products or services with only an ancillary connection to agriculture. This is the only area of the Show where cash-and-carry sales may legally take place.

 

PLEASE NOTE: It is the exhibitor's responsibility to obtain a license to sell prior to the show.

Exhibitors must observe all applicable laws, including collection of sales tax.

Applying for exhibit space:

First Time and Prospective Exhibitors-

        • New exhibitors must complete a Space Request Form to be considered for booth space. After all changes are made for returning exhibitors, we will assign NEW exhibitors booth space in the order they are received.

 

Returning Exhibitors- NEW THIS YEAR! Online Registration!

• Complete the online Exhibit Space Renewal Application. You'll be able to review the floor plan, make payments, print your contract, get a copy of your invoice, edit company information and more.

Payment Terms - Contract and 50% of the total booth fee is due by September 25, 2017. Final balance is due January 15, 2018. ($25 late fee will be issued on balances after this date.)

2018 New Exhibitor Space Rates:

• 10'x10' - $630

• 10'x20' - $1,260

Contact show management if you would like pricing for more than 200 square feet

Exhibit Package Includes:

  • Standard draped back wall, side rails, and identification sign

  • Free booth badges (allotted number determined by booth size)
  • Use of exhibitor lounge
  • Five (5) FREE general admission tickets
  • Free company listing in the Show Program (DEADLINE: December 1, 2017)
  • Free online listing on our Exhibitor Floor Plan
  • Free wireless Internet is provided, but service is not guaranteed in every location in the building.

Additional Booth Options:

  • Forklifts & special equipment can be obtained through Fern Expo (816-221-0525).
  • Carpeting, tables and chairs are not provided by the WFS. Exhibitors are responsible for providing items needed for their booth, or rent from the Show Decorator, Fern Expo.
  • Electrical & Internet service is available through Green Wave Technology (816-513-5200).
