The American Royal Center will open at 8 am Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2009:

• Exhibit installation hours
  8 am to 5 pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, Feb. 17-19.
• Exhibits must be fully installed by 8 am Friday, Feb. 20.
• Security will be provided throughout the show, including setup and move-out.

Pricing:

• 10'x10' $495 early bird rate; after October 1, 2008 $545
• 10'x20' $990 early bird rate; after October 1, 2008 $1,090
• 10'x30' $1,470 early bird rate; after October 1, 2008 $1,620
• Please contact Show Management if you would like pricing for more than 300 square feet.

The Association will provide:

• Back and side draping for your exhibit booth.
• A 9-inch x 44-inch sign identifying your company and booth number.

And also available:

• Furnishings and special equipment can be obtained through George Fern Company, the official show decorator.
• Electrical service is available through Capital Electric.

Booth Assignment Procedures: 

    1.  2008 Western Farm Show Exhibitors

• 2008 WFS exhibitors are given the first right of refusal for the space they occupied in 2008. 
• 2008 WFS exhibitors must submit their signed contract and deposit by 5 p m. OCTOBER 1, 2008, to reclaim their 2008 booth location for the 2009 WFS.

     2.  2008 Western Farm Show Exhibitors requesting changes

• After the October 1, 2008, deadline has past, we will be making changes requested by 2008 WFS exhibitors for the 2009 WFS.
• Requests for new booth assignments are made on a first-come first-served basis.
• We recommend that you submit your signed contract and deposit ASAP, but no later than October 1, 2008.
• The earlier you submit your signed contract and deposit, the better your position on the list will be.
• You will receive a call from WFS staff in late October to make your booth selection based on what is available at that time.

     3.  New Exhibitors

• After all changes are made for 2008 WFS exhibitors, we will assign new exhibitors in the order they are received.
• We recommend you submit your signed contract and deposit ASAP.
• The earlier you submit your signed contract and deposit, the better your booth selection will be.
• You will receive a call from the WFS staff in November to make your booth selection based on what is available at that time.
