Furnishings and special equipment can be obtained through Fern Expo (816-221-0525), the official show decorator.
Electrical service is available through R.F. Fisher (913-384-1500).

Booth Assignment Procedures:

1. 2011 Western Farm Show Exhibitors

2011 WFS exhibitors are given the first right of refusal for the space they occupied in 2011.
2011 WFS exhibitors must submit their signed contract and deposit by 5 p.m. SEPTEMBER 30, 2011, to reclaim their 2011 booth location for the 2012 WFS.

2. 2011 Western Farm Show Exhibitors requesting changes

After the September 30, 2011, deadline has past, we will be making changes requested by 2011 WFS exhibitors for the 2012 WFS.
Requests for new booth assignments are made on a first-come first-served basis.
We recommend that you submit your signed contract and deposit ASAP, but no later than September 30, 2011.
The earlier you submit your signed contract and deposit, the better your position on the list will be.
You will receive a call from WFS staff in November to make your booth selection based on what is available at that time.

3. New Exhibitors

After all changes are made for 2011 WFS exhibitors, we will assign new exhibitors in the order they are received.
We recommend you submit your signed contract and deposit ASAP.
The earlier you submit your signed contract and deposit, the better your booth selection will be.
You will receive a call from the WFS staff in late November to make your booth selection based on what is available at that time.
